Nicole celebrated her 16th birthday with family and friends at The Clubhouse at Saratoga in Toms River New Jersey. She looked stunning as she made her grand entrance into the ballroom with her entourage. Nicole exchange some sentimental and heartfelt words as she called upon the most important people in her life to join her in lighting her 16 candles.
