Tia and Jeffrey say "I-Do"

By DaVinci

On Saturday, Septemeber 29th, 2012, Da Vinci, The Art of Photography, was on hand to document the Ricardo-Warnet wedding in lovely Ocean Gate, NJ. With a beautiful day and a clear night the wedding was picture perfect for photos!

The day started out with photos before the ceremony at the bride and grooms house. Jeff Warnet, the Groom, along with his Reverand and Groomsman John Grabowski were enjoying the festivities as Jesse began to document the day. Da Vinci was on hand to capture funny poses and many laughs before photographing Tia Lyn, the lovely bride. Both Tia's Bridal party members were getting ready as Jesse and Alex pulled up to capture all of their pre-wedding fashion routines. The photos of Tia Lyn getting ready along with her sister / Maid of Honor Kaidie Ricardo and her Bridesmaid Courtney Torok were priceless! All of the Bridal Party and parents wore Tia's favorite flower: the sunflower in a gorgeous bouquet. Jesse used these flowers as well as other wedding accessories to capture stunning photos of the bride before moving to the Ocean Gate Yacht Club for the ceremony.

Even before the bride made her way down to the beach Da Vinci was in action photographing every aspect of the day; from the starfish beach stakes to the custom made bridal dress for the bride. Tia looked marvelous as she descended the stairs of the Yacht Club to meet her soon to be husband by the water for their ceremony. Jesse and Alex were snapping away as the short ceremony came to close, followed by the reception. After a few toasts, songs and dances the recepetion was over just as soon as it started, but not before Jesse and Alex were able to capture all the wonderful memories forever.

I think it's pretty tycaipl to have the dads speak, to congratulate to couple and welcome their new D-I-L or S-I-L to the family. Then the MOH and Best Man can give a speech, telling a nice or funny story about the couple and saying how happy they are for them, giving congrats, etc.I don't know if it's common, but I think it's lovely for the bride to give a speech thanking everyone for coming and declaring her love for her husband. Very sweet!Just one rule to keep in mind- keep all the speeches short and sweet! No one likes to sit through a monologue, lol.

its a tricky one but your weddnig is your (plural) day(s). make a decision together. as the people at the reception know you they'll probably know your views on public speaking, so it wont seem strange to people, you could start the speech in a way that shows you're speaking for the both of you as a thank you, however long speeches can be a drain so try not to do the whole life story thing. but really, enjoy your days. and i hope ive helped a little. :ac)

Of course the bride can make a speech, especially if her hubby hates public speaking! Just don't make too long or everyone will get bored. I virtually had NO speeches at my wedding, because a) no one else had prepared one and b) we thought why waste valuable drinking time? I said a few words of thanks. It would be nice if you gave thanks to the reception venue. Yes, the MOH can speak as well. Don't mention about your hubby's sexual expertise, that's all.
